Experience: 3-7 years

Job Description :

To plan, coordinate, and execute instrumentation and control system projects from design through commissioning, ensuring technical compliance, timely delivery, and cost effectiveness while meeting client and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Engineer - AutoCAD Electrical

Job Description :

Seeking a skilled professional to prepare detailed electrical designs, schematics, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with cross-functional teams for efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare detailed electrical designs and drawings using AutoCAD Electrical (schematic wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, wiring layouts, single-line diagrams etc.).
  • Generate and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) for electrical components, control panels, cables, and other related parts.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, clients, and vendors to ensure designs meet technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Design electrical control panels: LTC panels, MCC panels, VFD/drive panels, power distribution, maybe switchgear.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and industry standards (e.g. IEC, IS, local norms), especially for panels and wiring.
  • Coordinate with other departments: mechanical, production/fabrication teams, procurement, QA to ensure design feasibility and assembly.
  • Revise drawings and designs per feedback / changes during manufacturing or from clients.
